You may have heard of the terms Housing Bubble. This refers to the excessive buying of homes within the housing market that makes the prices of homes soar. They then become too expensive for home buyers. Eventually though the bubble bursts in the market and the price of Housing falls.

There are those who are need of low income housing as they cannot afford to buy a standard home. HUD housing is one option families have to achieve Housing on a budget. HUD or Housing and Urban Development is a program that provides safe rental housing to low income families. Some people, who cannot find any affordable housing, can apply, through the government, for a housing grant. If they meet the requirements for the grant then the government extends the money for the Housing to them.

There are those who can afford Housing, so they’re main option is the previously owned homes. This can be a difficult search as you will want to find one that is in good shape, structurally sound and has the inside and outside layout that works for them. All for the price they want to spend. It’s not an easy task to do.

For those who don’t want to buy a previously owned home have a few other options to look into.

There are site built homes where the home is built from the bottom up on its pre –laid foundation. Contractors of all sorts will work together as a team to make sure all the regulations is conformed and everything passes an inspection.

There are manufactured homes that are also known as mobile homes, which are manufactured in a factory and then you place it on your pre-determined lot. Some sections of your manufactured home will not need to be on a foundation therefore saving you some money.

The modular homes is like the site built home except they are also built in a factory and then they are transported in sections to its destination. The local contractors will have to join the sections together. These have to conform to many rules and regulations that a site built one does as well.

There’s also corporate housing where a condominium, apartment or in some cases, hotels, are rented out to a company so one of their corporate employees has housing for a short period of time. If someone needs to spend weeks or months on a remote project, they have a place to stay for that period of time needed.
