Health has become a real issue as we grow older and more people are starting to take better care of themselves. Mens health and women’s health have become very big issues as our health in are older years are really all we have left. Health has changed a lot since I was a kid as the cost of health carte has really gone up and sometimes limits us to getting the proper health care we need. It use to be if you need health care you would just go to your doctor and get taken care of. It’s not like that now as money has become a real issue especially people on a fixed income. Older Americans have many health issues, but usually never get treated because they can’t afford it.

Through the years health premiums have gone up and the medicine that we have to get from the pharmacy has really taken off in price. Sometimes the elderly have to make a choice between their health and eating. It’s a shame but that’s where were heading unfortunately. One of the things that more companies have been doing is giving free health fairs so people can actually see how their health is. Health has become such a big business that a lot of times we may not get the best care we need.

One of the biggest health care organizations is the World Health organization. They look into health issues worldwide and is a very fine organization that does a lot of research and does its best to give out as much free information as possible. Health will continue be the number one thing Americans spend money on in the future. Foods we eat are another way we can help our health and live longer. Many times people don’t realize we can control a lot about our health if we would just get more involved.

People need to understand that we have our health in our hands and only we can change it. Hopefully as we get older, we will learn that the mistakes we make earlier in our life will come back to get us eventually. Health will become the biggest issue we have to battle in the coming years and hopefully we will tackle it head on and get the results we need. I guess only time will tell.
